Hollett Park (or Hollett’s) was built-in Grand Falls-Windsor in 2007 by Winston and Evelyn Hollett and was originally called Hollett’s Retirement Center.  Winston and Evelyn sold Hollett’s to their long-time friends, Shaun and Janice Lane in November 2016. Shaun and Janice kept the name to respect the Legacy that Winston and Evelyn had built of quality care for seniors in their community of Grand Falls- Windsor. That’s why the original home at Hollett Park is called “Legacy”.

 Shaun and Janice have continued to carry on the tradition of quality care and decided in 2017 to expand to service more of this great community by building The Fountains, which is now open. Hollett Park continues to be the NUMBER 1 CHOICE for senior living in Central Newfoundland.

Heading just about all of it is our wonderfully personable and very capable manager Wanece Greene who has been an invaluable team player at Hollett’s for over 10 years. She is a compassionate leader who exemplifies our corporate philosophy of genuine kindness, harmony and care first as we are in the business of valuing people in all that we do for them. Hers may likely be the first smile you see or first friendly voice you hear. She will personally guide you through this phase in your life and help you RetireSmart.
